Located on a 3200 sq. ft. rooftop in Bangalore, the restaurant is designed to offer an open, airy, and inviting ambiance that complements the city’s pleasant climate and lively dining culture.
The client envisioned creating a warm and inviting space that instantly makes guests feel welcome. Their goal was to design a North Indian restaurant that celebrates comfort and familiarity while maintaining a sense of refined charm. They wished to retain select existing site elements, blending them seamlessly with new design features to preserve the space’s character. The result is a thoughtfully curated environment that radiates hospitality, warmth, and cultural richness, offering diners an atmosphere that feels both authentic and contemporary.
The interiors of Tastique beautifully blend organic warmth with modern design, creating an inviting and luxurious dining environment. Designed around natural wood finishes, soft curves, and earthy tones, the space exudes calmness and comfort while maintaining a refined contemporary style. Ambient lighting enhances the golden hues and warm textures, lending a soft glow that enriches the overall dining experience.
A neutral colour palette accented with vibrant mustard yellow brings freshness and energy to the space without disturbing its serene balance. Sleek furniture, clean-lined surfaces, and tasteful detailing emphasize minimalism and attention to craftsmanship. The arched wall niches displaying vibrant floral arrangements and the subtle play of light add depth and visual character to the interiors.
Each area, from the open dining sections to the intimate booth setups, is designed to ensure comfort, functionality, and visual harmony.
